MPAA accused of hacking P2P Site

This ZDNET story is short on details but the folks at TorrentSpy are claming the MPAA hired a “hacker” to get access to “e-mails and trade secrets”.

Hopefully more details will come to light. If the MPAA did this, they should pay for their actions. Its time organizations like the MPAA and RIAA learned that they can’t do anything they want in the name of preserving their monopolies over the media.
