After another hour on hold I finally some to someone in account management. When I asked them to cancel my account they offered me new hardware.
Unfortunately its too late because it won’t reach me in time to make it out to Argentina. I was going to have a friend flying out bring it to me.
Anyways, I used the time on hold to look at other providers. I chose to not cancel the account and I’ve initated a port with Teliax.
The moral of the story is, if a providee is treating your poorly, cancel your account. 9/10 they’ll shape up and offer you something to stay.
